YAHUA Launches a 400 kWh Mobile Energy Storage System

A truck-mounted 400 kWh mobile energy storage system designed for emergency power, field operations and off-grid applications.

YAHUA’s independently developed 400 kWh mobile energy storage system has completed system commissioning and vehicle inspection. Installed on a truck in a compact cabinet configuration, it is designed for rapid transport and deployment in field operations, emergency response, and areas with limited grid access.

Conventional diesel generators suffer from loud noise, pollution, and complex maintenance. Remote villages, mining sites, outdoor construction sites, and disaster-rescue sites often face unstable power supplies. Our 400 kWh mobile energy storage system integrates lithium battery modules and an intelligent BMS protection system. It can be transported quickly to a site and provide stable AC power after placement.

Main Application Scenarios

  • Field operations: Power support for geological exploration, infrastructure construction and scientific work without a fixed grid connection.

  • Disaster response: Rapid deployment following floods, typhoons or earthquakes to supply rescue equipment, temporary shelters and medical stations.

  • Weak-grid and off-grid areas: Supplemental power for residential and small commercial demand in areas with incomplete grid coverage.

Equipped with multilayer thermal control and a fireproof and explosion-proof structure, the system operates reliably in extreme temperatures and harsh outdoor conditions. The intelligent monitoring system provides automatic voltage regulation and overload protection to support long-term safe operation and low maintenance costs.

This new mobile storage product enriches our product portfolio. In the future, we will keep upgrading mobile energy storage, residential energy storage and large-scale high-voltage energy storage products, customize professional energy solutions for global clients, and continuously expand the application scope of clean energy storage.
