Product overview

Built around the application.

YAHUA golf-cart batteries provide two energy classes for passenger, utility and specialty mobility platforms. Final selection should be matched to motor power, peak current, regenerative behavior, expected range, charger compatibility and vehicle packaging.

01

Two capacity classes

Choose between a compact 5.376 kWh pack and a 15 kWh high-capacity configuration.

02

IP67 enclosure protection

Both models specify IP67 protection for outdoor vehicle operation.

03

High-current capability

Continuous discharge values of 130A and 200A address different vehicle duty requirements.

Product features

System advantages

01

Integrated BMS protection

BMS functions include overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit and temperature protection.

02

130A continuous discharge

The BYH48105AH supports a maximum continuous discharge current of 130A.

03

IP67 enclosure rating

The complete battery enclosure is rated IP67.

04

Vehicle integration support

Charger, communication interface and mounting requirements should be coordinated for the target vehicle.

Protection thresholds, connector assignments and vehicle communication details require application-specific confirmation.

Product advantages

Core advantages.

All-weather operating rangeCharging operates from 0°C to 60°C and discharging from -20°C to 60°C.
Rugged enclosure protectionBoth models use IP67-rated enclosures.
Long cycle lifeBoth models provide more than 5,000 cycles.
Maintenance-free chemistryLiFePO4 operation avoids the routine watering associated with flooded lead-acid batteries.
Integrated protectionBMS protection covers overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature extremes.
Model-specific current capabilityPublished continuous-discharge values remain tied to each model instead of being generalized across the family.
